Our ultimate goal is to see your business succeed by providing real value and helping you reach your goals so the first step is for us to find out what your goals are. It sounds like a no brainer but the majority of the time this part is completely skipped.
We’ll go through an in depth discovery process to get to the bottom of why you do what you do and what you’re aiming to achieve.
Once we’re confident we’re all on the same page we will put together a custom solution to provide the most possible value and help meet and exceed your goals.
We’ll ask you the right questions to find out exactly what your goals are and what you want to achieve. We need to uncover the truth about why your business exists to be able to provide you with the most value and the best possible product and service.
Once we have all the information from you, we’ll come up with an overview so you can visualise the overall structure of the project. This will also ensure we’re both communicating the same message and how best to structure the information.
At this point, rather than bamboozling you with jargon we’ll build an interactive prototype that you will be able to use in a normal web browser to illustrate how things will work. It may not be the absolute final design but it will enable us to get closer to the mark much more quickly.
This is where the prototype comes to life with the design to match your brand and identity. Specific functionality will be starting to take shape and we can now focus on testing and refining the final product.
Once we’re all happy we’ll get stuck in for the next couple of weeks getting everything hooked up and tested using real world scenarios. The last step is to deploy the final project or ‘go live’ so you can start getting the word out to the world!
